Brotherhood Reviews provides a neutral customer experience: every visitor, across all rating choices (1 to 5 stars), has access to the exact same Google review link. Private service feedback is collected optionally alongside, and is never used to block, hide, or gate access to public reviews.
02.Are AI responses published automatically to Google Business Profile?
No. In Brotherhood Reviews, all AI-generated response suggestions are created strictly as drafts. Every response requires explicit human review and approval by the merchant before publication.
03.Which AI models power draft generation in Brotherhood Reviews?
The system includes server-configured adapters for Sarvam AI (specialized in Indian languages and context) and Google Generative AI. Draft generations are governed by server-side rate limits and credit accounting (1 AI credit per generated draft).
04.How do touchpoint assets work for local businesses?
Brotherhood Reviews provides high-resolution, print-ready QR assets for on-site display across all plans. Subscriptions with physical kit allowances receive physical counter materials subject to annual plan fulfillment terms.
05.How is data isolated across multiple business locations?
Tenant isolation is enforced in the database via PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) policies and transaction-local workspace context. Accounts can only access data belonging to workspaces and locations where they have verified membership.
06.How does billing and GST compliance work for Indian businesses?
All subscription prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and billed via Razorpay. Displayed subscription rates (₹1,199/mo Plus, ₹2,499/mo Pro) exclude applicable GST.

Brotherhood Reviews enforces workspace membership and role boundaries. Saving draft suggestions is available within the workspace, while approving or publishing replies to connected channels requires verified workspace owner authorization.

Reply drafting is powered by server-configured provider adapters for Sarvam AI (focused on Hindi and Indic language text) and Google Generative AI, allowing merchants to generate draft suggestions in English and supported Indian languages.
